Okay so im confused on a few things. Why does the name matter for the badge and does each person get a seperate badge? Also are you going to have the vampire knight ball again? I think it would be AWESOME if you could!!! ;D

Each person gets his or her own badge, yes. The name matters only to you. It's basically the name everyone sees pinned to you during the weekend. You can choose to leave it blank or put your real name on it.
Instead of the Vampire Knight ball, we have a Black Butler ball, but we also have a vampire tea (not Vampire Knight but non-sparkly, blood-sucking vampires in general).

It's based on the show Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler in English). It's a Victorian-themed ball with a sort of Gothic feel.

The Black Butler Ball is run JUST like the Vampire Knight Ball, except the characters and theme is slightly different. The music, contests, dancing, waltzing, and formal attire is all the same except this year everything will probably be more elaborate. ^_^ Most of everything will be run exactly the same as last year, but with better character interactions. The theme this year is supposed to be more Victorian, but Victorian is not required. You can enjoy everything you did last year! We are not about to take away what the guests thought was exciting! ^_^

Not getting the panel info from Quinton and gaming info from the gaming staff until late last week, and then the people doing the program book (my husband and I) were at Naka-Kon all weekend.
The panel and event schedule minus Quinton's panels has been done for about three weeks.

You pick up badges at the con. We don't mail them. And no, you don't have to have your hair finished. You just have to look like you're in costume.
